Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-16

Not financial advice. Sweeper is software, not a financial advisor, broker, exchange, or custodian. You are solely responsible for any transactions you sign.

1. Who we are

"Sweeper," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Sweeper Labs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at sweeper.cloud and any related services we provide (collectively, the "Service").

2. What the Service is

The Service is a non-custodial software tool that helps you interact with public blockchains. It runs in your web browser. It does not:

  • Hold, receive, or transmit your funds;
  • Hold, receive, or store your private keys, seed phrases, or mnemonics;
  • Sign transactions on your behalf;
  • Execute trades for you;
  • Act as your agent or fiduciary;
  • Provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice;
  • Operate as a money service business, money transmitter, virtual asset service provider, or exchange in any jurisdiction.

Sweeper charges a service fee on live sweeps. The fee is taken at swap time by the underlying routing protocols (0x on EVM, deBridge on Solana, THORChain on Bitcoin) — 10% of the swept value, with the remaining 90% delivered directly to your destination address. Sweeper never takes custody of your funds, even temporarily.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms;
  • You own or are authorized to use any wallet whose mnemonic you enter into the Service;
  • You will not use the Service to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or commit any other illegal act;
  • You will not use the Service from any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by law;
  • You will verify every transaction before signing it;
  • You understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible and that we cannot reverse them;
  • You understand that "dust" balances may cost more in gas to move than they are worth, and that the Service may skip them;
  • You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the Service.

4. No custody, no fiduciary duty

You retain full and sole control of your private keys and your funds at all times. We never have access to them. No fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship is created between you and us by your use of the Service.

5. Service fee

Live sweeps incur a 10% service fee on the swept value. The fee is collected atomically at swap time by the routing protocol and delivered to Sweeper's fee wallet. You receive the remaining 90% directly at your destination address in the same transaction.

Sweeps are paid for with prepaid credits, purchased separately. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Dry runs and previews do not consume credits.

6. Assumption of risk

You use the Service at your own risk. Blockchain transactions are risky. You may lose some or all of your funds.

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

  • Software bugs. The Service may contain bugs that cause it to behave unexpectedly, including moving funds to the wrong address or failing mid-transaction.
  • Smart contract risk. The Service interacts with third-party protocols (0x, deBridge, THORChain) and their underlying smart contracts. Those protocols may have vulnerabilities we cannot control.
  • Bridge risk. Cross-chain swaps via deBridge and THORChain depend on external validator sets and solver networks. Failures, delays, or partial fills are possible and outside our control.
  • RPC risk. The Service relies on third-party RPC endpoints. A malicious or malfunctioning RPC could return incorrect data, censor transactions, or leak metadata about your requests.
  • Slippage and MEV. Token swaps may execute at worse prices than quoted. Sandwich attacks may extract value from your transactions.
  • Network risk. Blockchains may be congested, reorganize, or halt. Gas prices may spike. Transactions may fail or take a long time.
  • Browser risk. Malicious browser extensions, compromised browsers, or compromised devices could steal your keys or manipulate your transactions.
  • Supply chain risk. The Service's JavaScript bundle depends on third-party npm packages. A compromised dependency could introduce malicious code.

7. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) any defects will be corrected; (c) the Service will meet your requirements; or (d) the results of using the Service will be accurate, reliable, or profitable.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SWEEPER LABS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. If those laws apply to you, some of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sweeper Labs and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any transaction you sign using the Service.

10. Sanctions and geographic restrictions

You may not use the Service if you are: (a) located in, a resident of, or organized under the laws of any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions; (b) listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties; or (c) using the Service in violation of any applicable export control or sanctions laws. You are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your use.

11. Intellectual property

The Service's source code is proprietary and not publicly distributed. The "Sweeper" name, logo, and marketing materials are our trademarks. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service, its source code, or its trademarks without our prior written permission. See our source policy for details on why the source is not public and how to request access.

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
